Mark B. Egbe is currently the Head of Chancery and Head of Environmental and South-South issues Desk at the Permanent Mission OF Nigeria to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. A Career diplomat with a background in Journalism and a very keen interest in academics.

Mark has previously served in Nigeria Missions in Nairobi, Kenya, Maputo, Mozambique, and Rome, Italy where, in addition to each specific Mission centered responsibilities, he managed Nigeria’s political and Economic Relations with Cyprus, Greece , Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Swaziland.

Mr Egbe holds B.sc. degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos. An M.Sc in International Relations from the Univeristy of Ife and a Master of Arts degree in the Politics of International Resources and Development from the University of Leeds, England.
