He obtained LLB (Hons) from University of Ife Ile-lfe, LLM University of Lagos and BL from Nigerian Law School Lagos. He is a Member of The Baltic Exchange London; Nigerian Society for International law; International Bar Association; London Maritime Arbitrators Association; Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; Nigerian Maritime Law Association; Vice President of Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria. He is a Member of the Executive Board Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria branch) and editor of the News Journal “The Arbitrator”.
